PITA, PITA technicians, and PITA Instructors are not responsible for any programs or files that may become corrupted or lost during the process of our computer repair or service. YOU must make your own back up and must have original programs if you want them to be re-installed.
Student, Alumni, or regular customer being serviced is solely responsible for checking if the original equipment is still under warranty before delivering computer to our repair center.
Payment is due prior to any service. Must fill out our Intake Form. We provide a 3 month warranty with copy of PITA receipt.
